Let's start off with Mexico, Mexican breakfast is different in each part of the country but usually, Huevos Rancheros is a common dish eaten for breakfast. It consists of fried tortillas, topped with salsa (red or green) fried egg, onions and avocados (talk about mouth-watering).

Mohinga is a common breakfast item in Myanmar and is considered to be their national dish too. It comprises of fish soup, rice noodles, fish sauce and lots of vegetables and chickpea flour topped with spices. Although the traditional recipe is found in the south of Myanmar, the other regions have the same standard recipe with varying vegetables.
