Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies You Should Try
Vegan desserts are really easy to make and they do not take away from the taste just because they don't have dairy products.
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup canola oil
¼ non-dairy milk (Almond milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup vegan dark chocolate
Preheat the oven to 170-degree centigrade
In a bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar and salt along with canola oil.
Pour almond milk into the mixture and add vanilla extract and mix it
Add flour and baking soda through a sieve and combine everything
Add vegan dark chocolate chips and chill the mixture for 45 minutes
Take the mixture out and spoon it on a baking tray
Bake for 11-12 minutes.
