Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies You Should Try

Vegan desserts are really easy to make and they do not take away from the taste just because they don't have dairy products.

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ¾ cup brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup canola oil

  •  ¼ non-dairy milk (Almond milk)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate


  1. Preheat the oven to 170-degree centigrade

  2. In a bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar and salt along with canola oil.

  3. Pour almond milk into the mixture and add vanilla extract and mix it

  4. Add flour and baking soda through a sieve and combine everything

  5. Add vegan dark chocolate chips and chill the mixture for 45 minutes

  6. Take the mixture out and spoon it on a baking tray

  7.  Bake for 11-12 minutes.
